ANALYSIS
This is a performance style video. It features sexy African Ladies of differeent sizes shaking their backside, Apparently Mr Flavour the Nigerian king of highlife used this video to prove that women can still be sexy no matter her shape or size, as long as she can shake her backside.
However i noticed that there were no skinny girls in this video and this made it really special.
The video is a perfect simplistic video with no flashing light at all, and there was also no extensive lighting effects. in fact it was awesome. it even has some light comedy included in the video just to make the viewer have a good laugh.
STYLE:
flavour truely has his own way of doing things. His flavour was simple: A white shirt, pensil pants, T-shirt and his dreadlocks worked the magic.He just maintains his unique style.
OFF-BEAT [DOWNSIDE OF THE VIDEO]
I wouldnt say this video had a significant minus. One of the dancers had a pant-slip, thats all. That would have been an oversight from the director. Apart from that, this video was damn good.
RATING
I give it a 10 on a scale of 10. This is the definition of highlife music. Flavour knows his niche and rules without a doubt.
